Airport Pick up/Drop Off

• Airport Pick-up & Drop-off is provided by the hotel with a charge of JD 35 per way.

Non-refundable Bookings

• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

Refundable Bookings

• The total price of the refundable bookings will be refunded if the cancellation received before 24 hours from the expected day of arrival & if the cancellation is received within 24 hours from the expected day of arrival will be charged one (1) night accommodation.
